2. Quotes and Pricing

• Free estimates are provided based on information you supply and may be revised upon on-site assessment.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• We will confirm appointment times via phone, SMS, or email.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding service scheduling, confirmations, and updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

Driftwood Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry general liability insurance for direct property damage caused by our work.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, at our discretion.

7. Access to Property

You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the property where services are to be performed. You agree to ensure safe access and working conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Driftwood Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hays County, Texas.
